Messages go to the people running the project, not to a shared inbox nobody reads.
If your question is technical, expect a technical answer, including the parts that are still open. Project Puna is at pre-feasibility, and we would rather tell you what is not yet decided than describe it as settled.
If you are writing from a community or a local organisation in Áncash, you can write in Spanish or in Quechua, and we will answer in the same language.
