What we collect
Only what you type
This site has no analytics, no advertising tags, no cookies and no third-party scripts. Nothing is collected while you read it.
The only data we receive is what you enter in the contact form: the reason for your message, your name, your organisation if you give it, your email address and the message itself.
Fonts, images and video are served from this site. Your visit is not shared with anyone.
What we do with it
Answer you, and nothing else
We use your message to reply to it and to carry on the conversation it opens.
We do not sell, rent or share your details. We do not add you to a mailing list without asking. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, and your consent for anything beyond that.
Messages are kept for as long as the exchange is useful, and for at most three years after our last contact.
Your rights
You can ask us to stop
Under the General Data Protection Regulation you can ask to see the data we hold about you, to correct it, to have it deleted, or to object to us holding it at all.
Write to contact@orateva.fr and we will answer within one month. If our answer does not satisfy you, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority.
- Access, correction and deletion of your data
- Objection to processing, and withdrawal of consent
- Portability of the data you provided
